CVETO MARSIC
Acqua Madre

The Morat Institut für Kunst und Kunstwissenschaft of Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany) opens personal exhibition dedicated to CVETO MARSIC.

The show, named Acqua Madre, is totally based on the new production of the Slovenian artist, living in Portugal since many years.

This is the continuation, after the important exhibitions organized in 2002 by the Don Luis I Foundation of Cascais (Portugal) and in 2003 at Palacio Revillagigedo of Gijón (Spain), of an important series of personal shows of Marsic in public spaces, foundation and Museums all over Europe. For 2006, personal exhibitions have been already fixed at Museo Extremeño and Iberoamericano in Badajoz (Spain), at the City Art Museum / Mestna Galerija of Ljubljana (Slovenia) and at the Mario Sequeira Gallery of Braga, Portugal.

In occasion of the show, the Morat-Institut will publish a book collecting his more recent production.

The show will remain opened until the end of June, including the week of the basel fair (June 14-20), just 50 km from Freiburg.

Opening May 21, 2005 at 6 pm.
